 Explain why H + CNOT is entangled, CNOT + H is not entangled. 

==> First, CNOT + H does not lead to entangled two-qubit state

==> Second, H +CNOT leads to entangled two-qubit state

Explain step by step of applying Hadamard gate and CNOT to q0 and 1. Why do these generate entangled states.
