ODURF GRA support and RCL reduced course load

 

International students on a GRA can fill the RCL request form each semester to take fewer than 9/9/6:

They’ll use RCL Reason E and the assistantship supervisor would sign the form.

Additionally, international students only must take 6 credits in summer if it’s their first semester in the program. However, this is a requirement no matter their funding source.

ODURF reimbursement

 for faculty reimbursement request at ODURF, the same form for external consultant. 

Howver, the form has left and right columns, and the internal request use the right hand side.
