update lifespan.r to lifespan.20140711.R

modify analyze_netwk_aging.v0.0.R to do batch plot mortality and survival curves 

change this to analyze_netwk_aging.v0.1.R

Plots show 100 cells are not enough. So, I modified 'net1.sh' with -n 1000 and re-run the shell script.
