Zhu14 sequenced 145 diploid sce strains undergone mutation accumulations.
Zhu14 concluded "neighbor-dependent mutation rate". These neighbor refer to adjacent nucleotides.
Zhu14 did not found significant correlation between GC content, replication timing, transcription levels to mutation frequencies.
