degree>=4, PPI+GIN, reliability simulation, popsize=100
Each lambda loop take about 6 hours, in mactower.
This simulation was run twice in mactower. Results are similar.
Summary:
For degree >=4, lambda = 1/81, p=0.8~1.0 will cover yeast natural variations
lambda = 1/243, p=0.6~0.75 will cover yeast natural variations.
So, lambda and $p$ trade-off with each other. I can plot the average lifespan as contour lines in lambda ~ p plots.
