fix a bug in orf parsing for 20131028.growth.fitness.R
new output file is "SummaryRegressionHetHom2015Oct12.csv".
The bug is caused by comma in 1 or 2 orfs, such as "DUR1,2".
# This bug is caused by write.csv(, quote=F, row.names=F)
# The problem is caused by "DUR1,2" an ORF that contains a comma.
