Went over learning objectives

Removed wester blot experiments, add flow cytometer or fluoresence image

Update syllabus
=> Socrative signin using real name for class participation
=> Student presentation on lecture topics
 => Online assignment, similar to exam questions, due before class

New things that Qin will do in his section
=> R programming, translation,
    Setup Linux server, for  R console exericse.
=> Cell cycle changes caused by mutations in MSH2 and mutants, monitored by flow cytometer.
 Data analysis in R.

=>Qin may be away for 3 days in March 2015 tentatively.

Things to do:
=>Streak yeast cells at the start of the semester. Some mutants, especially the report strain grow extremely slow due to lack of MSH2. Mutant M707I also grow slow due to low expression.
