What's a Datathon?

Join us for an exciting event where academic researchers, university students, city staff, non-profits, businesses, and others come together to tackle regional issues with data-driven solutions. Sign up now with a team of 2 to 6 participants to address pressing infrastructure challenges in the Hampton Roads area. If you don't have a team, let us know through the sign-up form and we will combine you with other participants.

This year's theme: Infrastructure

Develop creative, data-driven solutions to enhance regional infrastructure. Projects can address a variety of areas, including:

• Equitable access to facilities
• Reducing energy consumption
• Improving route planning
• And more! It's your choice.
  

Consider infrastructure solutions for transportation, water management, environmental sustainability, power and energy systems, recreational facilities, educational infrastructure, or health services.
