reviews of yeast fitness data analysis

Code '20131028.growth.fitness.R' analyze the 4 yeast fitness measurements and define 'essential', 'nonessential', and 'abnormal' genes.  This codes output 'SummaryRegressionHetHom2015Oct12.csv' which is the basis of many other codes. The importance of these analysis warrants a separate github repo for these effort.
