Eight tubes of Bacillus, 30C incubation.
All students have their own nutrient plates. Students were asked to write their full-last names on the back of the plates.
I did a quick demo, open the tube and tuck the cap with my right small finger, handling the loop with right hand, and the sample tube with left hand.
