bio233, streaking for single colonies

Six-streak procedure
1: short
2: twice
3: three times
4: 4 times.
5: many times
6: many times to evenly spread out the cells.

Usually the 4th streak should be thinned out.

Many students went back to the cell cultures for every streak, and this even happened after 2-3 trials.
