Release test on Blackboard

On blackboard, test can be edited in Canvas.

In Content area, I can use create test to select an exisiting test from the pool.

To generate test, I can use Respondus or "Wimba Diploma 6" from the testbook publisher. WImbaDiploma6 can export the test to Blackboard format. I can upload the Zip file to "Tests".
