I was not clear on transformation, transfection and transduction. I need to summarize a table for this.
The table is:
Transformation: Transfer DNA fragments into cells.
Transfection: Transfer virus DNA into cells
Transduction: Transfer DNA via phages into cells

Cis-trans complementation.
